nvhGeek Anderonmeter Machine-video
The video below shows a bearing vibration test machine developed, manufactured and supplied by QuantumAge that is used by bearing industry for quality testing every bearing that is manufactured.
HOW DOES THE SYSTEM WORK?
Based on the application needs the system acquires vibration (acceleration, velocity, displacement),
dynamic force, torque, torsional vibration, current in case of electrical machines, and such other physical parameters of interest
using sensors such as accelerometers, eddy current and capacitive type gap sensors, laser sensors,
hall effect sensors, etc.
The dynamic response data from these sensors is then processed and the defects are detected using various
time and frequency domain signal analysis techniques.
Our team of talented engineers continuously strives to innovate and develop better algorithms
and incorporate newer sensors into the system to improve machine fault diagnosis capabilities and
help our customers in delivering fault free products as well as run in-house machines without failure.
